The coating of "non-pin-hole plating" is a plating film developed to eliminate tiny pinholes to the extreme, suitable for precision lens molds, light guide plate molds, LED reflective mirrors, and high-performance film transfer rolls.
This product can achieve uniform film thickness even with a thickness of over 100μ.
The plating sagging at sharp edges and corners, which was considered a common issue with electroless nickel plating, can be minimized to a minimal thickness difference.
